HOC Project for Convention
Hello, everyone!

I have finalized the details for the Heart of the Community (HOC) events to be held during the CSMA Annual Convention in Cromwell CT. The Convention dates are August 24th-27th, 2017. We have chosen the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and the Town of Cromwell Food Bank to be the benefactors of our efforts this year. All Lodges and Chapters will be able to use this event for their HOC reports. I will make a report of donations, miles driven, and total hours for each Lodge and Chapter that participates. We will email it to you shortly after the Convention.

Items needed:
The Connecticut Children's Medical Center is asking for Tommy Moose plush dolls and monetary donations.
The Town of Cromwell Food Bank is looking for dry goods, can goods and non-perishable items along with monetary donations.
Please use the name above (typed in bold) when writing checks.

With 8 Lodges, 8 Chapters, and our Moose Legion, we should be able to make a huge donation to both. With everyone working together we can make this a great event that will have a positive impact on this community.

If you need a pickup for your items because you are coming later, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Fraternally yours,

Bill Cutter
Heart of the Community Chairman
